Problem analysis

Conceptualization
In an analytical process, technical innovations, feasibility and economic viability are harmonized with each other. A systematic approach is used to develop concept variants that form a sound basis for decisions on further development.
Development
The jointly selected concept is further specified and developed into a realistic and detailed model in 3D CAD. From the standard parts to the electrical components to the mechanically processed components - everything is carefully defined and planned.
Realization
The virtual model is converted into reality. All project-specific documents such as production and assembly drawings, parts lists and any electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic diagrams are created. All components are ordered on time in line with the assembly schedule and sent to production. Parallel to assembly, the documentation work such as operating instructions and certificates of conformity are prepared in the office.
